E-commerce meets CRM - ClientHouse supports US e-commerce provider with CRM strategy and implementation.
 
Demandware, Inc, a Boston-based provider of e-commerce platforms, trusted the development of its customer-oriented business processes to ClientHouse. The business processes were developed in conjunction with the Demandware management team in September and a suitable CRM system was selected. The business processes will now be implemented in Demandware’s system, and will include:

  • Uniform contact management
  • A special lead qualification process
  • Campaign management for exhibitions, cold calls, and cross selling
  • Sales and technical support for partner integration
  • ERP functionality
  • Real-time analysis in the form of a Management Dashboard
