ClientHouse  16.05.2006, Successful CRM Rollout at Komrowski

Clienthouse successfully completed the pilot phase in a CRM implementation with EKC Machinery & Plants GmbH. Since the end of April customer-facing employees in Germany (Hamburg headquarter), Iran and Vietnam are using a unique, customized CRM solution from salesforce.com. Branch offices in Korea, Indonesia and China will be integrated in the worldwide Komrowski CRM approach within the next months.
 
EKC Machinery & Plants, a subsidiary of the Komrowski Group was founded in 2001. They provide complete industrial solutions including the supply of machinery and plants and securing their availability for proper production afterwards.


Following milestones were crucial for the successful project completion:

  • Requirement analysis workshop with Komrowski decion makers
  • Detailed technical specification
  • Implementation of Komrowski's specific CRM areas:
    • Contact and Activity Management
    • Salesforce automation
    • Partner Management
    • Reports and Analysis

  • Onsite employee training
  • Provision of a user guide for the customized Komrowski CRM solution
