Salesforce.com’s CRM solution will be used for managing leads and participants. Through the help of a web-based application, information entered on the website of the Bildungsportal of Thuringia are automatically submitted and stored in the CRM system. Despite the different locations of the universities, all employees have access to relevant customer information.
