ClientHouse  21.11.2006, CRM Optimization at RedDot

ClientHouse assisted the RedDot Solutions AG in optimizing their CRM strategy. ClientHouse was assigned to identify potential improvements and to optimize business processes within the existing CRM environment.
 
In cooperation with the RedDot sales management team and CRM users, unused CRM potentials have been worked out and all the identified weak points were eliminated. Through the course of several coaching workshops, the CRM system was customized step-by-step to fit the needs of RedDot.
