ClientHouse GmbH and Omikron Data Quality GmbH agreed to a partnership in the field of address quality to prevent duplicates within the CRM system. Omikron provides the necessary technology and ClientHouse ensures the smooth integration of the components into your CRM solution.
 
Partnerschaft mit OmikronSince 1992 Omikron have been specialists in the area of data quality and data cleansing. The Omikron self-developed FACT similarity technology, using a fuzzy logic and matrix approach, achieves the highest duplicate hit rates even from B2B addresses and international data resources.
 
The method is based on fault-tolerant data synchronization and therefore even duplicates with a similar spelling pattern (e.g. in terms of foreign language), word mutations, typing errors, abbreviations or word permutations can be prevented. Beside this, any duplicates located are categorized by their origin. It is even possible to cleanse address data afterwards, for example, by importing data from an external source.

ClientHouse and Omikron are working together on a functional connection between the Omikron data quality products and the on demand CRM solution of salesforce.com. In addition, there are integrations with various other CRM systems.
