Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the preparation, realization and updating of the German salesforce.com seminars in the field of CRM administration and the setup of business applications and data migration.

During the familiarization process you will have the chance to get the certification as a salesforce.com consultant and trainer.

Your profile:

• On a basis of a University or technical college degree in computer sciences, information systems, business studies or an analogous technical education, you ideally have had the chance to gain practical experience by the implementation of complex software systems, such as CRM, ERP or eCommerce
• You have a profound understanding of organizational structures and operations (e.g. Marketing, Sales and Customer Support)
• You have very good communicative and social skills as well as a self-confident manner
